Breaking the Anger Habit Weekend Retreats

A luxury weekend retreat for individuals who are ready to stop reacting on impulse and start responding with calm, clarity, and confidence.

Anger isn’t who you are. It’s a habit.

You are not “an angry person”; you are a good person caught in reactive patterns. These retreats are designed for high‑achieving and growth‑minded individuals who are successful on the outside but exhausted by outbursts, shutdowns, and constant tension at home or at work.

About Anutza Bellissimo

Anutza Bellissimo is the founder of the Stress & Anger Management Institute and a specialist in stress and anger management, as well as relationship dynamics. She holds degrees in Applied Human Behavior and addictions and substance use disorders, and is a Certified Anger Management Facilitator with advanced training in executive anger management coaching. She is also a certified hypnotherapist and a commissioned Notary Public in Maricopa County, which allows her to conveniently support court‑ordered, co‑parenting, and divorce‑related clients who require notarized documentation. She helps high‑achieving individuals break reactive patterns, communicate more effectively, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

She is an anger and stress management coach and group facilitator with over two decades of experience helping people change long‑standing patterns of reactivity in their relationships, families, and careers. Her work is educational and skills‑based, blending behavioral tools, communication strategies, and practical exercises to help participants understand their triggers and respond more calmly and intentionally. She is not a licensed psychologist or counselor; her programs focus on personal development, habit change, and emotional self‑management rather than diagnosis or psychotherapy.

Through retreats, organizational groups, and programs like Breaking the Anger Habit, Anutza creates structured, supportive spaces for participants to understand their triggers, regulate their nervous system, and develop new, sustainable responses to stress and conflict. At the core of her approach is the belief that anger is a signal, not a flaw, and that when people learn to interpret that signal and respond with intention rather than impulse, they gain greater clarity, self‑trust, and connection in every area of their lives.
