Our goal is to help accomplish your course objectives. We want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. Therefore, we offer a 7-day refund period for purchases. However, to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course, sought feedback for your assignments, and implemented the advice and direction given to you during your coaching calls. Please note that we cannot stop payments without a refund request approval if you select the multiple payment plan option.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by the Stress & Anger Management Institute, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 7th day from your date of purchase, and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
Concerning any purchase, you must request your money back within seven days of the purchase. You may place a request for your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have implemented and completed the action steps in the program without success. To meet this requirement, you're required to do all the work, show proof you did the work, ask for help on your coaching calls. You must show that you implemented the advice and feedback given to you. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined below.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
Requirement 1: Complete and attach your "Stress/Anger Log" Worksheet
Requirement 2: Complete and attach your "Course Objectives" assignment and "How Does Anger Affect You?" assignment.
Requirement 3: Complete and attach your "Current Satisfaction" assessment.
Requirement 4: Complete a minimum of one coaching call and "21 Reasons Why" assignment.
Requirement 5: Complete and attach the "Think of Your Anger" and "Module Feedback" assignments.
We will NOT provide refunds more than seven days following the date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the entire balance due of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and do not meet the requirements for a refund within seven days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
