Stress & Anger Management Institute

Sliding Scale Form

At Stress & Anger Management Institute, we believe that smart, driven people shouldn’t have to wait until life is falling apart to get tools that actually work. The sliding scale is our way of keeping high‑quality anger and stress support accessible, while still honoring the time, energy, and expertise that goes into each group.

A sliding scale means your rate is based on your household size,  income, and current financial situation, rather than a single flat price for everyone. If the standard group fee feels like it would create more stress than relief, you’re welcome to request a reduced rate. This sliding scale is especially designed for single parents, people navigating medical or mental health expenses, and clients in high‑conflict life transitions who are genuinely committed but financially stretched.

How the process works:

  1. You complete a short, confidential application that asks for your household size, income range, and a brief description of what’s making the standard fee difficult right now.
  2. We review your answers personally and match you with a fee tier that is both respectful of your situation and sustainable for the group as a whole.
  3. You’ll receive an email confirming whether a sliding scale spot is available, the rate you qualify for, and any payment plan or waitlist options.

Sliding scale spots are limited each cycle so that we can stay fully present and keep the group experience solid for everyone. Because of that, priority goes to those with the highest financial need and the strongest readiness to show up, do the work, and practice new tools between sessions.

Your information stays confidential and is used only to determine a fair rate. If your finances change (for better or worse), we can revisit your fee together so that your investment continues to reflect both your reality and the value of the support you’re receiving. Our goal is simple: to make powerful, practical anger and stress tools more accessible, without diluting the depth, safety, or integrity of the work we do at the Stress & Anger Management Institute.
