Prove It Intensive
Two sessions. One documented pattern. Language you can bring into the room.
You already know something is wrong. What you don't have yet is a way to describe it that holds up to an attorney, a mediator, HR, or a judge.
The Prove It Intensive is a focused, two-session engagement built for one purpose: turning what you've been living through into a documented behavioral pattern report. Not vague impressions. Not "he does this thing." A clear, professionally framed account of the pattern, grounded in recognizable behavioral and conflict dynamics.
What's included:
- Session one (90 minutes): a structured intake to map the pattern in detail
- Session two (60 minutes): review and refine the documentation together
- A written behavioral pattern report you can bring to your attorney, mediator, or HR representative
This is built for you if:
- You're heading into mediation and need to articulate the pattern, not just the incidents
- You're preparing an HR complaint and want it framed in terms that get taken seriously
- You're in a custody or family matter and need behavior described, not characterized
- You've already tried explaining the situation and watched it not land
If you're looking for therapy, counseling, or legal representation, this isn't that.
Who You're Working With
I'm Anutza Bellissimo, an Accredited Mediator and Behavioral-Legal Specialist, and the founder of SAMI Group.
I've spent my career analyzing behavior in high-conflict environments, working with attorney-referred and court-ordered individuals, groups, and organizations including Boeing, Raytheon, L3 Technologies, and UCLA.
My work sits at the intersection of behavior and documentation: not therapy, not legal representation, but the part in between that determines whether anyone takes your account seriously.
This intensive provides behavioral documentation, not legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. It's designed to inform conversations with your own legal counsel or mediator, not to replace them.
Book Your IntensiveKey Benefits
You leave with something in writing.
Not notes, not a summary of a conversation. A structured behavioral pattern report you can hand to your attorney, mediator, or HR representative.
Language that holds up outside your own head.
Most people know what's happening but can't describe it in terms a third party takes seriously. This translates your experience into professionally framed behavioral terms.
Clarity before you're on the record.
Whether you're heading into mediation, a filing, or an HR meeting, you walk in knowing what the pattern is and how to articulate it, instead of figuring that out under pressure.
Fast, not drawn out.
Two sessions in one week. This is built for people who need documentation now, not a months-long process.
An outside read on the other party's behavior.
The focus isn't only on how you're handling things. It's on identifying and documenting the pattern you've been on the receiving end of.
Preparation that reduces what conflict costs you.
How you show up in a dispute shapes the outcome. This gets you prepared rather than reactive.
After you book
You'll receive an intake form before session one so we can use our time on the pattern rather than the basics. Your written report is delivered within five business days of session two.
What you share with me is held in confidence and is not disclosed to any third party without your written authorization. I'm not an attorney, so our conversations are not protected by attorney-client privilege. If privilege matters in your situation, engage your attorney first and have them bring me in.
