SAMI Welcomes New Adolescent / Parent Communications Facilitator
Beverly Hills, CA (May 2, 2007) – Anutza Bellissimo, Founder of the Stress & Anger Management Institute (SAMI), welcomes Cinzia Canale-Fossa as lead facilitator for group classes to facilitate adolescent and parent communications. Ms. Fossa brings to SAMI extensive experience in working with at-risk minors, young adults and parents from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and is well-versed in handling various developmental issues. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College in Boston, MA, and completed her training at Antioch University in Marina del Rey, CA.
The adolescent / parent communications class is designed to help young adults and parents to recognize and normalize anger, find acceptable ways to channel the expression of anger, and improve emotional intelligence. Participants will learn to develop a working understanding of anger / stress patterns and management, recognize the role of individual responsibility of changing unacceptable behavior, identify “situational” anger, and eliminate or minimize “person-directed” anger.
“I am glad to welcome Cinzia Canale-Fossa to the SAMI group. Not only will her experience be of tremendous value to our clients, but her personal style is clear and compassionate. I look forward to positive outcomes with our young adult / parent communications classes as a result of her knowledgeable facilitation”, says Anutza Bellissimo.

The S.A.M.I. mission is to help each individual reach his or her potential by supporting personal objectives, enhancing stress & anger management skills, and facilitating exceptional education and counseling.
