Based on our professional experience, training is most effective with audiences/groups of 6 to 25 people. SAMI. delivers specialized training in anger management, on-site, at your location. Depending on your business needs, training workshops may range from 1 day to 1 week in duration.
As business demands evolve, we realize the need for additional training, and as a result, we may work with you, human resources, and other department heads within your company to develop a new curriculum or course to create a customized program to "raise the bar on emotional intelligence in your workplace". - Accelerated Anger Management Classes for Managers, Executives and Line Staff: Personalized 8-10 hour programs with client workbooks for fast results.
- Classes for employees: Classes for employees who exhibit evidence of stress, anger or inappropriate aggression at work. Studies have shown that aggression and violence in the workplace increases absenteeism, reduces productivity, lowers morale and increases a company's liability

New Brown Bag Workshop To Improve Workplace Results
Hermosa Beach / Beverly Hills, CA (June 5, 2007) – The Stress & Anger Management Institute (SAMI) has just announced a new four-week 90-minute lunch workshop series designed to teach and support busy employees in getting more positive results in their work environments. The program focuses on increasing emotional intelligence and managing stress to increase productivity. The goal is to eliminate the distraction of misunderstandings, provide the tools for effective communications and emphasize personal accountability.
This workshop includes both pre- and post- assessments to measure the participant’s current ability to function in effective communications, weekly group learning sessions, two workbooks that include didactic information and exercises as well as behavioral strategies, and full access to the SAMI.
