With the uncertainty of an unstable economy causing a great deal of stress and anxiety, not only in our personal lives, but also placing a strain on our wallets, Americans are looking for as much relief as possible. Men and women across the nation have been laid off and forced to make drastic changes in their lives. Since the winter of 2008, many studies and surveys have found that both stress and irritation have peaked when economic news has been at its worst. Levels of stress and anger have only continued to rise since then.
In response, S.A.M.I. Learning Centers has introduced their “Any Day, Any Time” anger management program. The program offers affordable anger management classes for only $37 per class. Each class is conveniently offered online. In addition, couples may also opt-in to an individual, one-on-one anger management class for only $47.
S.A.M.I. offers anger management for men and women who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their stress and anger in a more positive, functional way. The “Any Day, Any Time” program offers an alternative to traditional therapy for individuals who are ready to take control of their lives for the better. To schedule an appointment call 800-520-8867.
“Anger management is a skill that can be learned, with education that considers an individuals’ unique set of circumstances. I have found that S.A.M.I. students quickly learn many productive ways of being fully self-expressed in both their personal and professional lives. The tools and training our students receive allow them to rapidly heighten their quality of life,” says Anutza Bellissimo, CAMF, President of S.A.M.I. Learning Center; an extension of the Stress & Anger Management Institute.

The S.A.M.I. mission is to help each individual reach his or her potential by supporting personal objectives, enhancing stress & anger management skills, and facilitating exceptional education and counseling.
